CWA reads chat updates from whitelisted groups, extracts readiness confirmations using AI category experts, and updates the dashboard live.
Define Checklist Template & AI Persona Templates Tab
Go to the Templates tab, select a category (e.g. musik), and customize the checklist items. Under AI Agent Persona, define custom instructions so the worker agent knows what keywords/actions to look for in the chats.
Explicitly Whitelist Target Group JID Whitelists Tab
Click + Add Mapping under Explicit Group JID Mappings. Select one of your joined groups from the dropdown picker, select the corresponding template category, and save.

When service coordinators or volunteers message the whitelisted group (e.g. "wl siap, keyboard aman"), the bot catches the text, runs AI inference, and updates the checkboxes instantly.

Schedule recurring broadcast alerts or checklists to be sent directly to your team groups.
Create a Scheduled Job Schedules Tab
Click + Add Job in the Schedules card. Select Standard Broadcast Message (to send static announcements/alerts) or Weekly Checklist Delivery (to push a formatted template checklist to be completed by the team).
Set Address Target Mode Schedules Tab
Under Target Address Mode, select the target group from the dropdown list. If you want to automatically target a weekly Sunday group that has a dynamic name, choose Dynamic Group Name Pattern and input a keyword (like ku1).
Schedule using the Visual Cron Builder Schedules Tab
Use the simple dropdown menus to define the frequency (e.g., Weekly on Mondays at 09:00). The visual helper will translate it into a cron expression and output a human-friendly description at the bottom.
Manual Test & Audit Log Reports Tab
You can trigger any job immediately by clicking Run Now. Go to the Reports tab at the bottom to audit success status, message payload previews, or diagnostic error logs.
